Yes, you can submit your documents online by uploading them on our application page. You may attach all documents and save it as one file or upload your documents on each upload section on our application page. You may also send your documentation alongside your personable identifiable information to the application intake unit at admin@ocmtontario.ca
It depends on how soon you were able to get your documents to us. Once we received all documents, it takes five (5) business days to determine your application status, and eligibility. At most, ten business days. This also depends on the volume of applications being processed.
Your degree transcripts (Unofficial) (if postgraduate diploma, or high school certificate/diploma, if undergrad) to be sent to the Applications intake unit at admin@ocmtontario.ca, or uploaded on the application portal at Apply Now.
– Admissions and Enrolment unit will inform you when official transcripts should be sent for evaluation. The details will be sent once the admission is successful. This will not affect the admission processing.
– One passport photograph
– International Passport – Biodata page
– Letter of Intent – Not more than 2 pages.
– Two reference letters or letters of recommendation (either from past and present employers, Community leader or Professors). The letter should
speak to your value system, and your abilities to complete rigorous academic exercise.
– Proof of Funding
No, you may not want to wait until all documents are readily available. Generally, you should submit your unofficial transcript(s), CV/resume, passport photograph, and biodata of your international passport to conduct the first review of your application.
Generally, we do not require IELTS if you are from English speaking countries, or your prior education was delivered in English language. However, if you are not from the English-speaking country, we will require a minimum of 6.5 grade in IELTS score.
We understand some students would like to commence their education without waiting until winter arrives, or until leaves are falling. Our enrolment system is not restricted to winter, spring, fall or summer. We recruit students into year-round.
The admission office will conduct a first review of your application to determine your eligibility. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you will be required to pay the application fee.
You may not have the application fee waived. This is a mandatory fee to process your application and perform all other necessary administrative tasks on your application.
You may be invited for an interview to further clarify any question about your credentials, or gaps in your education, and, or work experience. We may also invite you for an interview to ascertain your proficiency in communication in English language. Generally, we will notify you after the initial review if you are required to attend an interview.
We understand that many things could have accounted for a less than impressive grades, therefore, our decisions are not solely determined by academic grades even though, we are strict on overall academic performance, your work experience, or volunteering experience may count towards your eligibilities.
