Application Process Guide


Stage by Stage Process for completing your application:

Stage 1: Select Your Program of Study
Search through our Programs and select program of choice.

Step 2: Review admission requirements for the selected program to ensure you qualify.

Stage 3: Apply online
Complete OCMT Online Application.

Step 4: Submit other supporting documents:

Proof of English Language proficiency: If you speak another language other than English or language of instruction in your high school is different from English. Proof of English Language Proficiency must be met. An English test, such as TOEFL, PTE, and IELTS must be completed. You can upload this document if you already have one. Whatever the case, applicants must meet the following expected grades:

TOEFL: 580

PTE: 60

IELTS: 6.5

The proof could also be a letter from your Professor or Instructor attesting that English Language was the language of instruction in the last 5 years preceding your graduation.

Purpose Letter: A 500-word letter of Intent and two Letters of reference ( We will accept letters from your past Professor or your Manager).

Stage 5: Payment of Registration and Application fee
A non-refundable fee of $150 is required for the application forms. Upon admitted into a program, the student will be notified to make a tuition deposit of $500.

Acceptable payment methods are: Wire transfer, Certified Cheque, Credit Card (Only for Online Application), or Money Order issued to OCMT.

Step 6: Send original or certified copies (attested to by the academic institution of issue) of transcripts or records that substantiate you have achieved academic standing equivalent to 12 years of elementary and high school education for post secondary programs, or completion of a University degree in Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, Finance or other related programs with one year post graduation experience, or 3 years College Diploma  with two years of post graduation experience for postgraduate programs.

The original or certified copies of your transcript must be hand-delivered or mailed to OCMT using below address:
