Welcome

The student services department provides a range of services to help familiarize students to the new institution, the community and the learning environment.

Online Welcome session available to every new student by logging on with your student ID and assigned password.

The Information System department will assign a unique campus portal password and unique email address upon completing your admission process. This unique authentication will be used to log on to the College Intranet to access your ‘Welcome session.’

Stage 1: Select Your Program of Study

Stage 2: Admission Requirements
A completed OCMT International Application Form.
Original or certified copies (attested to by the academic institution of issue) of transcripts or records that substantiate you have achieved academic standing equivalent to 12 years of elementary and high school education for post secondary programs, or completion of a University degree in Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, Finance or other related programs with one year post graduation experience, or 3 years College Diploma  with two years of post graduation experience for postgraduate programs.

Stage 3: Other Admission requirements include:
Proof of English Language Proficiency. The proof could either be a TOEFL result or a letter from your Professor or Instructor attesting that English Language was the language of instruction in the last 5 years preceding your graduation, A letter of Intent and two Letters of reference ( We will accept letters from your past Professor or your Manager).

Stage 4: Payment of Registration and Application fee
A non-refundable fee of $150 is required for the application forms. Upon fulfilling all admission requirements, the students will be notified to make a tuition deposit of $500.

The payment methods are: wire transfer, Credit Card or Money Order issued to OCMT.

Mandatory fees include costs of tuition and books for specific program of study. Program fees differ depending on the program of study.

Scholarships

On an exceptional basis, the College shall grant scholarship or Bursaries to students who have demonstrated excellence in the following:

  • Academic Grade – an average of 98%
  • Leadership and Team Skills
  • Shouldering other students through tutoring, after-class session, researching related academic materials that would help self and others, and conflict management
  • Outstanding Community participation

Note: Student must demonstrate more than one of the above qualities to receive either scholarship or Bursary.

The maximum award shall not be more than 10% of the tuition and bursary will be a flat award of $250

Off-campus Residence

The College is able to provide an off-campus accommodation. Please email at studentservices@ocmt.ca

Airport Pick Up

Free Airport pick-up services is available. Please contact studentservices@ocmt.ca to arrange for a pick up. You must provide your student registration number, full name, flight number and time of arrival.

Student Bus Pass

At the request and expense of the students, we are able to provide student bus pass, please contact studentservices@ocmt.ca.

Now, before you start the application process, you are advised to prepare all the necessary documentations required on our application portal. Below are the list of information you would require to complete your online application.

A copy of your credential or Statement of result highlighting your program of study, enrollment and program completion date.

  • A copy of transcript with details of your courses, credit units, grades and Cumulative Grade Point Average Value (CGPA)
  • Two Professional reference letters attesting to your professional experience and ability to complete a graduate program
  • Resume/Curriculum Vitae with your professional experience, employers’ name and summary of your responsibilities.

Stage 3: Payment of Registration and Application fee

A non-refundable fee of $150 is required for the application forms and registration process. Upon fulfilling all admission requirements, the students will be issued a letter of acceptance which they can present to the sponsor to make the tuition payment.
